Positive affirmations for mental health are a great way to deal with anxiety and stress and improve your mental health when they are repeated constantly. These affirmations will also help in increasing your self- esteem and self-confidence.
But a list of positive affirmations for mental health will not improve your mental health alone, you also need to clear negative beliefs from your life.
